Beginner Yoga Foundations is a 5-week series, led by our amazing instructor Sarah, designed to help you learn the basics, build confidence, and move at a comfortable pace—no experience needed.
What we’ll cover:
• Yoga basics & preparing the body
• Using props to support movement (Parts 1 & 2)
• Foundations, balance & stability
• Full flow with Q&A + integration
